“Customer”, “User”, or “You” refers to the individual or business purchasing or using our products.
“Products” refers to fresh fruit juices and beverages supplied by Naman Trading.

2. Scope of Products & Services

Naman Trading supplies and distributes premium quality fresh fruit juices under the Dadu Fresh brand.

• 100% Natural fruit-based beverages.
• No added sugar and no preservatives.
• Bulk supply for retailers, distributors, and businesses.

We ensure quality and hygiene standards; however, proper storage and handling after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Eligibility & Customer Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to place orders.
• Provide accurate billing and delivery information.
• Ensure proper refrigeration and storage of juice products.
• Use our products only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse brand name or resell expired/damaged products.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in refusal of service or termination of business relations.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All orders must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments once made are non-refundable except in cases of confirmed damaged or defective products at delivery.
• Any payment disputes must be reported within 3 days of transaction.

5. Delivery & Returns

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and order size.
• Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only for damaged, leaking, or expired products reported immediately upon delivery.
• We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand names, logos, product images, and content related to Dadu Fresh and Naman Trading are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our juices are made from natural ingredients with no added sugar or preservatives. However, customers with specific allergies or medical conditions should review product labels carefully before consumption. Naman Trading is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products.

8. Limitation of Liability

Naman Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if:

• False information is provided.
• Payment is not completed.
• Products are misused or brand reputation is harmed.

10. Amendments to Terms

Naman Trading reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Odisha, India.
